If you can allow yourself, wait and let it grow out naturally. And only if it doesn't (usually it takes few days) shall you try other measures. For example, you could scrub the skin and then hair would probably go out, or you could take it out using sterile needle or pincette.

Put a hot washcloth on the area to soften the skin and open your pores, this alone might coax out the hair, if not, the you can try to get it with a tweezers or a pin. Usually the washcloth and tweezers works for me. good luck!

I often have this problem-unfortunately esp on my inner thighs. What you need is a hot, wet rag to bring up any infection matter(pus) to a head. Keep the rag hot. As soon as it cools off, warm it up again. When it does come to a head squeaze it and pick it(WITH CLEAN AND SANITIZED HANDS!!!) until a loop of the ingrown hair is showing. At that point, before it starts to swell, get the tweezers and pluck it out. After that, wash the area with hot water and anti-bacterial soap, let it air dry, and apply neosporin, and let it get plenty of air.

HTH.
