My wife is having a problem of ingrown hair in her incision area where she had c-section 6 months back.?

well, sorry to hear that but I would ask a dermatologist. Maybe he/she can suggest someting like lazer treatment for that.

In the meantime I would pull it out with a tweezer. Good Luck

i have had 3 c-sections but never this problem , if i did i would go back to the doctors and ask them to remove it, they would know the best way to do it . good luck

i dont think its anything to worry about either leave it alone or try to grt it out although at 6 months after i think it would still be somewhat sore

Sometimes hair can grow in areas that have had trauma (like a scar). Not sure whether it would work, but maybe consider getting electrolysis on the area.

Laser electrolysis sometimes takes a few treatments, but is permanent once it takes.

I suggest this as exfoliating a scar is going to make it more pronounced, which I doubt she wants!

has she been to the doctor to see about this? I got an absess from an ingrown hair on my buttcheek once. its not pleasant. eventually it gets infected and had pus and will need to be drained. hopefully a doctor can give her antibiotics before she gets to that point. also, she might want to keep her pubic area shaved for a while, if she doesnt already do so now. will help.

You should be able to jsut call the doc office and ask them. I would think all you would need to do it pull it out with a tweezer though.
