Depends on how long the hair has been in there. If it is superficial/ just beginning u can use a facial brush/ loofah in a rotating pattern to dislodge the hair. No products will prevent ingrown hairs from growing. This condition occurs in people with curly hair, it is caused when a hair grows out of the skin and doubles back like a fishing hook, piercing the skin and growing back in... ingrown hair. if you get them under your arm or in your bikini area I suggest using a loofah everyday in between the days that you shave.
