I have a bump that I am not sure is a herpes sore or not, it is a single sore that had a white head like a pimple and the first day I squezzed white puss came out but not the next day it was like a clear puss....I have no other sore anywhere anywhere around my Genitals and the sore I do have is on my inner thigh not even close to my genital region...can this be a herpes blister....?

I think it's just a pimple. To make sure, you should go to a clinic and check it out. Trust me. It's better to make sure....

If it's your inner thigh... It's very unlikely that would be the only place for a herpes blister to show up. Herpes I and II usually infect mucous membranes.
It really just sounds like a pimple! If it comes back in the exact same spot, then maybe you should worry about it being herpes. Right now, that doesn't seem likely.

It might just be a pimple but might want to get checked to make sure or wait and see if it comes back. In the mean time, make sure you are having safe sex.

It is just a blister or pimple. Herpes usually itch when you get it and it can only come with a small bump.
