the more i touch it it seeems to gt bigger and there a hole in the center of it i can slide a pin like 3mm in and out of it.. the lump itself does not hurt but evey now and then looks real red like its infected im a shy person and not keen on pulling my penis out for people to look at..

I know you don't want to hear this, but go to the doctor. Yes, they will have to look at your penis, but it's their job.

It could just be something benign, but what if it isn't? You don't want something bad happening to your penis.

Go get it looked at by a medical professional. You might have acquired a viral infection and you certainly don't want it to spread. Your genital area can be a breeding ground for infection as it is usually covered and warm and moist. Don't mess with it.

Do you get cold sores? If so, it is possibly a cold sore. I got one one time when i was in high school. It was big and red, and it went away in about a week or so.

But i have gotten two more lumps on my penis since then and they were in grown hairs i think. They lasted a long time, but they eventually went away.

Could it be a spider bite? Or an STD? You should really see a doctor before it really gets infected and causes you worse problems.
