well, if you're a male and you're old enough to shave, it may very well be an ingrown hair. if you're a girl...let's hope it's a pimple.

have someone who is close to you look closely at it, to see if there is a dark "line" in the suspect feature; if so, it is probably an ingrown hair (one that has emerged, then curved back and is trying to grow back into a nearby follicle).

if this is the case, take some sterile tweezers, dip them in alcohol, and have your helper tweeze out the offending hair (both you and your helper should wash your hands thoroughly before and after this project. follow that by washing your face with a facial cleanser suitable for clearing up pimples ( clearasil type product)

First off - don't pick at it cuz that could cause infection or at minimum a scar - how long has it been there - if more than a couple of days go see a dermotologist - try using a face mask or scrub and see what happens but if it doesn't go away then see a doctor - but don't pick it!
