i have basketball season coming up in abour 3 weeks and i dont know wht to do. It hurts very little but it starting hurting more yesterday. it has been 3 days since i've had it ?

Wash well with warm soapy water 2x day - use a cloth to exfoliate. Stop shaving for a week or so, and use a strong brand of Clearasil or a generic brand of acne medication on it. Deoderant not only stops sweat and odor from eeking out, but it can clog pores (duh :-). Also, try some neosporin w/pain relief at night.

Hot compresses. Hot as you can stand it.Apply and hopefully it break open. Pus will come out. Clean area.
